One night experience was pretty good

In the center of the capital and the crowds, so it's easy to find food

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, and it is indeed easy to access strategic locations, especially government agencies in the center.

I originally planned to stay on January 1st, but it turned out to be fully booked because many people were still on vacation. I finally got a room the following week. And, as usual, the room was small, but adequate for those just coming to sleep before continuing their journey. Bonus: a direct view of Istiqlal and the two cathedral towers behind it.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. They responded very quickly when I asked for a change of sheets. The location is very close to Jakarta city and is also strategically close to public transportation. The breakfast is also very satisfying. My first time staying at this hotel made me want to stay there again.

Great and friendly

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were easy. The service at the hotel was excellent, and access to busy areas and malls was very easy. The hotel's strategic location, close to the Juanda commuter line station, makes it easy to travel to both the city center and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

The AC was leaking, after it was repaired, it leaked even more, in the end we asked to move rooms, breakfast was packed in one place, cold, tasteless, in the end the child didn't want to eat breakfast.

Plus: Strategic hotel, close to everywhere: commuter train, busway, double-decker city tour bus, plenty of culinary options around the hotel, just walk to the shops. Minuses: 1. There's no trash can in the toilet, so you just throw used toilet paper away. 2. There's no mat in the room, so where are you supposed to wipe your wet feet (showering, etc.)? Just get on the bed. Especially since I have two kids with me, it's really scary if they slip, and can you imagine what the floor would be like? Luckily, there's room service so I can ask for a mat. Oh my, it's really hard for guests to report it. 3. At breakfast, I asked for toilet paper (they said they would deliver it) and when I got home, no one delivered it to my room. 4. The front desk staff were unfriendly. This is the first time I've stayed at such an unfriendly hotel. 5. The bed cover had a stain, but I didn't bother to say anything because I HAD TO GO DOWN because there was no phone in the room and I didn't want to deal with the unfriendly front desk staff. 6. The food (chicken tasted like hard wood and was bland) (pictured) and there was little variety, with yellow rice as the theme, but no chili sauce.

The bathroom cleanliness is very poor... the linen/sheets are also dirty

The hotel is nice, close to the government area, making it suitable for business trips. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights from December 29th to January 1st, 2026. Check-in and check-out were easy. I even had to move rooms due to a minor bathroom issue in my previous room, and the receptionist was very helpful. Overall, this hotel is recommended for those planning to explore Central Jakarta.

The location is good, close to everywhere, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Very strategic location, close to Transum. Breakfast was decent, but unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the bathroom while staying.

Clean, friendly, check in earlier than 2pm is also okay

The hotel is located near the station and food stalls around Jalan Juanda.

The hotel's service is excellent, and guests are greeted and greeted warmly. The rooms and amenities are always cleaned and provided daily. Tourist attractions are also easily accessible by car (GoCar, etc.), for example, Monas is only 20 minutes away, Mangga Dua is 17 minutes away, and Ancol is 19 minutes away. Places of worship and culinary delights are also within walking distance, such as the Mosque and Cathedral Church are 8 minutes away, and the Pecenongan area is 9 minutes away. If possible, I would love to stay here again in the future.
