Check in process is extremely slow. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to improve for a 4-5stars hotel. Toilet floor is dirty, shit stain in the toilet bowl.

The curtains are dirty, with burn marks in many spots.
In room dining we ordered asam pedas set, could barely eat, the gravy is TOO SWEET for asam pedas. Sweet gravy doesnt go well with fish. The rice was sent cold and hard.

Very convenient to tourist attractions (on-foot) and shopping malls. Night market only walking distance with street live band. Not 1st time here and don't mind repeat again.

My last reservation in January 2026 for 3 bedrooms. I know the booking periods is holiday season, but the management should add personals to accelerate the readiness of the rooms. The first room ready at 4 PM, and the third room ready at 5.30 PM. My entire family tired because of the long trip from Kuala Lumpur. This is not appropriate for 5 star hotel.

Check in process take a bit of time, but understandable as it is the day before new year. But after that all is good, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean, the view from the room was very beautiful, the location is very strategic, just need to walk to go to nearby malls and attractions. Overall its a very nice experience.
