I'm back again for a staycation. Because I can't get away from this VERY COMPLETE hotel. The location is undoubtedly very strategic. There's a large and magnificent mosque to remind us to pray five times a day, even while on a staycation. The friendliness of all the staff, from the front desk to the bellboys, is extraordinary. The rooms are very spacious, the view is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, even the slippers are the coolest among other 5-star hotels. FYI, the restaurant's food is beyond question. Everything is very complete and delicious. It's very kid-friendly. The kids couldn't stop eating. The pool is spacious, you can play in the sand, and the kids have amazing activities (because you get lots of free vouchers). Aah, the Trans Luxury Hotel is truly that LUXURIOUS! Let's go!

What I always look for every time I stay here is the loofah amenities... but yesterday they were no longer provided, and the room now doesn't smell as good as usual.... Another level, because it will always be our family's favorite place.

A very family-friendly hotel, because Bandung is always rainy, it's quite close to the mall so you don't need to go anywhere 😆. The food is also delicious with lots of variations for the little ones, the kids are definitely very happy to be able to stay here, it will be a favorite destination and hotel every time they go to Bandung 🫶🏻

All the staff are friendly from the lobby when dropping off luggage, check in, restaurant, lounge all the officers are friendly, the room is very clean from the floor, walls, bathroom everything is clean, amazed by the cleanliness, thanks to the front office Mr. Rusdi and team👍👍

The food variety is similar to a 4-star hotel, but some 4-star hotels are even more varied. The food choices are pretty standard. The rest is good.

The staff was friendly. I booked the club and got the lounge on the 18th floor. It was incredibly enjoyable. They offered afternoon tea, evening light dinner, and evening tea.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a very friendly staff. Got upgraded into Club Premier room with lower price and I think it's worth the experience and the price.

Super cool service and facilities

It's a nice staycation here if you want to walk to the mall, but the check-in process is a bit long, only two counters are open, so the queue is quite long and we had to stand, there were some people who were angry, but finally three counters were opened, the queue was reduced quite a bit. Well, hopefully the check-in and check-out process can be faster. Thank God, when I checked in, I immediately got a room so I didn't have to wait anymore.

I've been here many times but I never get bored. Besides being a comfortable hotel, it's perfect for bringing the family. The food is varied and the staff are friendly. I'll come back here again.
