I want to go back again... to stay with my extended family...

When we first entered, the security guard was a bit indifferent, perhaps because we were traveling in a LCGC. The receptionist was friendly and offered us a wide selection of rooms. A small suggestion for the hotel's swimming pool facilities is to turn on the lights at night so you can swim at night. The breakfast was delicious.

Good place and recommended for a stay.

It's just lacking wifi... other than that it's sufficient.

The breakfast, though simple, was delicious. The red chili sauce was especially delicious. The Thai cassava was also delicious. The gentleman at the reception, wearing glasses, was very friendly. Continued success at Grand Kanaya.

The room is quite spacious, unfortunately I didn't get a room with a city view hehe but everything is good.

Quite an ok hotel, but it is an old hotel.

The hotel atmosphere is very scary, the building is old, the bathroom is dirty. Just one stay here is enough🙏

The hotel is nice, suitable for finding the best value.

It's absolutely terrible for a 4-star hotel and doesn't match the photos. The price is very high compared to the facilities of other 4-star hotels. It's terrible and a real waste of money; the hotel is too expensive.

The AC is not cold enough, there is no hot water in the bathroom :(
