Grandmas is one of our family's favorite hotels. It's certainly well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, smart TV, and Wi-Fi, but the car is usually valet-parked by security. Its strategic location in the Legian tourist area makes it easy to find culinary delights, get a body spa, and shop at art shops within walking distance. There's a small pharmacy right in front of the hotel. We didn't have time to share any photos because we were so enjoying the time with our family. The security, front desk, and cleaning staff were all polite. Please maintain the cleanliness.

Until they are making the room more soundproof, try to pick a room away from the street. The traffic noise was unbearable at night even with noise cancelling headphones on.

I stayed in a three-person room. The location is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. However, there's no parking in front of the hotel, only for drop-offs, though valet parking is possible. With its budget-friendly price and excellent service and cleanliness, this hotel is top-notch.

Every year when I go to Bali, I stay here… Kuta Beach is close… Sky Garden is close… Legian Street is busy… You can see bikinis at night…

I once ordered food and requested something. But the female staff at the restaurant said it couldn't be done, and instead she told me to just cancel it. The best receptionist was the white lady I forgot her name, she was very friendly. Other than that, it was just okay. There was a female staff who was always at the reception looking after her staff, but she wasn't friendly. Her clothes were different. I never even said hi when I stayed there. She seemed bossy. Maybe she had a supervisor or a manager position. So she felt like she was being treated like a boss. Even though all the employees were there, except for the male supervisor who was quite helpful and solution-oriented. There is also a FO staff. The night shift guy, sorry, is a bit black and his face is oily. When asked to talk, he likes to plonga plonga and doesn't connect. I've spoken, instead he averts his eyes everywhere even though there are no other guests. For security, all are friendly and helpful. For HK, I give a score of 10. They are agile, friendly and their work is good. Neat. So for this hotel, the most superior in my opinion is HK. Second is security. Third is FO. Lastly, the restaurant.
