There are not many options in Klaten for hotel stays, and I heard that Tjokro is the best. The room is a bit small, but it's definitely very decent and comfortable. I have hot and clean water for bath, and my room is made every day. My laundry is quick and the staff are prompt to my needs. The room, however, is not soundproof, so I could hear doors slamming and foot sounds quite frequently. In general, I am happy to have stayed at Tjokro!

The room is huge for the price. The amenities are very complete. There's an instant coffee maker... very cool for the price. I was completely satisfied. Breakfast was delicious and comfortable. The location is very strategic, right in the city center. The staff is friendly. The surroundings are also very nice. If I go to Klaten again, I will definitely stay here again.

I paid 900k/night but got a very bad experience. I came at 3 but the room was not ready. The bed is not comfy, the room is very small, and amenities are only available for a single person, and I paid for 3 people. Got a text message that my breakfast is only for two, which I paid higher because I wanted my kid to also get breakfast. I asked for an extra pillow but it was not available, the water was questionable using a refill bottle. No hand towel. The lock door is hard to open and hard to close. I understood it's a small city but I cannot believe the standard is this bad, too high for the price. Not worth it.

Useless hang the tv on the wall while theres no tv channel can be watched. Room were also dusty and a bit stinky. Tjokro Klaten need to improves

It was nice to stay here, friendly service, clean room, pretty good food, don't just use one toothbrush, there are two people staying there.
