I would come back here. Very fast service.

The room is spacious and clean. However, I will not dare to stay here if alone because the vibe is a little bit creepy perhaps due to the shabby room interior.

Old hotel, the room floor still uses carpet, the room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is clean, the staff is friendly, the service is also fast.

One thing that made me disappointed is the room floor and corridor still using carpet that notably is not hygienic and all of the windows in the room are locked. Customers are forced to live in the central air-conditioning which I doubt is ever cleaned the filters because of the smell of dust when it started the AC on. Hopefully, my review is useful and beneficial to others.

Overall, it was a very nice place and the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly.

Old hotel but renovated.. the location is ok, there is a mall across the street, right behind Berjaya Times Square.. only the food is a bit less than satisfactory for me, the food is not international enough.. the service staff is fast and friendly.

I have stayed at Furama Bukit Bintang several times in the last few years. It is always a satisfactory experience, if you don't expect modern design and updated amenities. The facilities and fixtures are somewhat dated, but function well enough. The air conditioning in the room was a tad cold, but that is a much better "problem" than AC not working. Water pressure in the bathroom was nice and strong, so much so that showering in the bathtub (with a shower curtain as barrier) caused mini puddles outside the tub. The best aspect of this hotel is the location. Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport BBCC are within walking distance. There is no shortage of good and affordable food in the Pudu neighborhood which is practically at the hotel's doorstep. Hang Tuah station is five minutes' walk away and is serviced by the Monorail line as well as two LRT lines. Getting to the major Kuala Lumpur attractions is a breeze. The location alone warrants a recommendation for Furama Bukit Bintang. The staff have also been friendly and professional at all times, even during extremely busy festive periods.

The hotel is a typical old style hotel, but still comfortable to stay in, close to Lalaport, just walk across the bridge in front of the hotel, across from the hotel there are many people selling home-cooked food.

In the lift lobby there is a water dispenser, which makes things very easy.

Second time for us at Furama Bukit Bintang. We were here during the very busy Lunar New Year period. There was a long queue to check in which was not the fault of the staff who were all unfailingly polite and helpful. In the end, we stood in line for more than half an hour. This is rather longer than ideal. We were informed that housekeeping only comes every 3 nights. However we had daily turn down service and our towels were also changed every day. Perhaps daily housekeeping was extended to the Executive Rooms which we stayed in. The housekeeping team didn't however replenish coffee supplies and toiletries. This is a minor issue; just remember to bring your own instant coffee if you need a fix every morning as the hotel only provides two sachets. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang is good value for money. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi for food and the Bukit Bintang shopping belt. Lalaport BBCC is just 100 metres away with excellent food choices and the well-connected Hang Tuah station (monorail and 2 LRT lines). Those who don't mind a slightly longer walk and KL's swarm of cars can easily make it to TRX within 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The furnishings in the room are showing signs of age, but everything was clean and in working order. The room was generously sized, the bathroom was also comfortably proportioned and water pressure was fantastic.
