cukup sekali aja, ngga akan ke sini lagi. datang jam 13.30 tp kamar belum ready. waktu masuk kamar bau rokok banget, padahal udah pesen yg non smoking room. request ganti kamar katanya udah penuh, hanya mau dipakaikan pengharum biar gak kecium bau rokoknya. ya kan bukan itu esensinya. semoga ke depannya diperbaiki biar orang gak kapok ke sini.
