Wonderful staff and properly

We stayed at Rosewood previously. Our room this trip felt dated and worn. Our room was in a different tower/area which perhaps is older. We had issues with the lights, the balcony seemed half-furnished, the carpet outside our door torn and worn out. We had a terrible experience at high tea but wonderful service (Jenika) after as the cost was taken off our bill. The Mexican restaurant bar area was filthy on the floor. We brought attention to it but just like our service, it was disregarded. The waterpark was such good fun. Made us feel like kids again. The beach always had loungers available. Flamingo Yoga was not only a must visually but their handler teaches you a lot about the birds themselves. The gym was great as was the spa though it was very expensive. Would we come back ?! For a supposed luxury resort Rosewood came up short. I would rather stay next door at The Hyatt for more than half the price or if in a group to socialize SLS. Same amenities, same restaurants just better pricing.

Everything was perfect

Kino at the Aviary was the BEST!!! Every team member was exceptional. There was an instance in the Casino where my husband was with our 7yo daughter walking through to get to the Sugar factory and one of the casino attendants was very nasty and rude to my husband in telling him that she(our daughter) couldn’t be there and she needed to go. She said this several times. This occurred this past Saturday evening. My husband had to explain to her that the way she spoke to him in front of our child was unnecessary and inappropriate. She didn’t say anything after that. There is a way to speak to people, professionally and courteously especially in front of children. Perhaps you may need to have a course in courtesies and speaking to guests. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay without incident. The entire team except for her as I mentioned, were OUTSTANDING!!!

The pool, hot tub, resort restaurants and the beach was wonderful, the service excellent. The casino it is just for entertainment purposes on my respective opinion, you never win .

The staff had to be the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The Concierge service was excellent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Absolutely loved our stay at The Rosewood Bah Mar. Looking forward to returning.

Some of the food prices are outrageous. Breakfast cafe a coffe is $12 . That is outrageous that isn’t necessary. The amount we pay for the hotel and al, the amenities that’s just crazy.

LOVED everything about this hotel. Highly recommend. We want to go back. Rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The attention to detail was unmatched. Shout out to Sherwin the security guard. Really made our night after bumping into him last night during a beautiful full moon walk. It is staff like him and that reminds us on the importance of visiting other countries and learning about other amazing cultures and their people. can’t wait to go back to rosewood Bahamar with my entire family !!

Beach area dirty Food stupid expensive and not good

Staff were amazing and the service is better than the other two hotels. I would recommend Rosewood before the other two bc of the service they provide.
