Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff. Had a great stay

Great room with a cute little patio where we could watch people out walking. So relaxing. Close to restaurants, shops and right across the street from the theater.

This was our second stay at the Shaw Club excellent staff great location and nice room only downside was being in the club house this time around which isn’t as good as being in the main building

Room was laid out very nicely however the a/c was noisy

It serves its purpose. Went down to the bar to grab a soda and no one acknowledged us. Finally I asked someone and they said they were too busy. It was not too busy to grab a soda. Front desk kid did nothing to help either. Bring your own drinks. No vending machines, just filtered water available.

Staff was exceptional.

Great location, nice staff and large quiet room (in the Club room part). The property is not brand new so don’t expect that, but it’s nice for a weekend getaway.

The Shaw Club Hotel was very clean and inviting. The special touches for our Anniversary were greatly appreciated. The staff was always very friendly and willing to help. The room seemed recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. We would very much recommend a visit to The Shaw Club Hotel in Niagara on the Lake.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We left something behind and they were great at helping us get it delivered to our home. This is the second time we have stayed and will definitely be back.

Our stay could not have been better. Our rooms were huge and hotel is located near many restaurants, a lovely park and lots of shops. The ambiance is exceptional.

Friendly staff, convenient location, Room was nice and clean. Rain shower in bathroom is wonderful!

Cute boutique hotel on the Main Street in Niagara on the Lake. Close to walk to the shopping area and close to great walking paths.

The hotel is well located on the main street for ease of access to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. Easy on site parking around the back of the hotel. Only 5-10 minute drive from most local wineries. The room we stayed in (club room) was newly renovated and very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved our visit and would most certainly stay here again!

The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and well appointed with one of the most comfortable mattresses we've experienced in any hotel. The location is outstanding. Everything is extremely walkable, thus no reason to pay for parking elsewhere. We will return. We've been to this area many times and stayed at both hotel and bed-and-breakfast accommodations, this was by far our favorite.
