waitress and chef ate not as professonal as 5 start, A waitress failed to collect the empty used dishes on my table even seeing me carrying back a new dish of food. Chef at egg station gove me a cold

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. There is a large variety of food choice for the hotel. The hotel room is very cozy and I can see the beautify sunny view from it (at 60th floor). Excellent experience!

In general the staff are polite and the food of the room service and especially the Chinese restaurant are of the highest quality. However, there are a few things that have room for improvement. Firstly, at the 43rd floor lobby, there is no clear line up for check in, and the quests are not received in sequence. Moreover, as with many hotels in China, other quests often budge in while you are being served and are very rude. There were children running around at the lobby, one of them was even on a Segway. In my opinion these events really down graded the hotel’s image. But C’est la vie au Chinois I guess.

The view was great, and the room size and cleanliness were also excellent. The breakfast had many delicious options, making it highly recommendable. If I have another business trip to this city, I would like to visit again.There are malls and commercial facilities nearby, making it convenient for dining out or shopping.
