Breakfast was dreadful .toaster broke down,not enough seats, so refill of food felt hungry when we left

Solid location about 15 minutes walk from center. The bed was a tad soft for us and the lack of air conditioning made it feel more humid with all the rains. The WiFi was also very spotty. At times, it didn’t work at all in our room. The breakfast was standard but could use a vegetable or two. The staff was professional and polite.

Hotel is very nice, newer design and rooms with views of the river right next to it. Located across the river from the Guggenheim. Easy walk to the Plaza Nuevo for pintxos bar hopping. It’s two blocks away from the Funicular to view the city of Bilbao, this area is not high end but the restaurants and bars are inexpensive.

Dos noches. Decoración clásica. Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia con unas vistas a la playa espectaculares. Cama enorme de dos metros o más. La comida del restaurante deliciosa y excelente carta de vinos. Piscina muy grande de agua salada. Personal muy amable

The gentleman who was on in the afternoon/evening was so helpful. He was at the reception desk.

Just a one night stay on a tour of Spain on a motorbike.Really nice hotel and if you stay go for a sea view room. They also have an underground car park.

This property was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us and made recommendations on what areas to tour. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is impressive has a great situation. Great breakfast, rooms OK, easy parking, good views in a quiet picturesque location. Good value for money. I would stay again and would recommend it.

Low staff numbers were unable to maintain an effective level of service to meet the demand around the bar and dining room in the evening, our dining experience was disappointing.

Lovely position next to the beach. Very comfortable room with balcony. Excellent choices for breakfast. The main town is across the river, a nice walk over the bridge. Highly recommended!
