Very accommodating, as i knew i wouldn't be at the hotel until almost 10pm, fantastic customer service, no issues, bed was so comfortable i slept like a log And i will probably be using them again soon

Budget hotel and the building is pretty dated, but the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

This was perfect for our needs. An in-expensive, comfortable room, that has toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities and a small TV. Parking was free and within hotel grounds. Should you want to walk into Wellingborough town centre you could do so within 5-10 minutes.

Don't let initial looks deceive you, this was a pleasant surprise and experience. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean linen and towels, and a hearty, well needed buffet breakfast the next morning.

Bedding and bathroom very clean; tea/coffee/biscuits and toiletries provided, but carpet in room was obviously old and dirty. Parking was good and well lit, hotel was quiet, except that I was wakened by someone knocking on my door at 1.30am. I did not answer but after a few minutes I heard knocking further away and voices so I assume that someone mistook the room. However, as a lone woman I was not happy to be disturbed in the night.

I stay at the Columbia as it’s convenient for our Wellingborough office and close to two supermarkets. It’s good value for money, has (limited) on site parking and a decent standard internet.

A warm welcome and clear communication. Very helpful friendly family run hotel. The hotel looks like it is slowly beind developed, so a bit dated in areas but clean, comfortable with easy parking. I had their chicken curry for dinner, really tasty. A great stay, I will definitely use again and llok forward to watch the transformation.

An old fashioned hotel, with clashing decor. Probably the cleanest hotel I have every stayed in, just spotless. Friendly staff, huge breakfast.

It was more of a budget room- expensive for a room That’s very basis and old fashioned Tree he front door has a gap underneath so had to put coats under the gap

Good cheap hotel. A bit tired looking in places but clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, good WiFi, usual tea/coffee/ biscuits which were topped up every day, friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom with a walk in shower which I much prefer to a bath. The only issue for me was there was no desk/table to work at but laptops are called laptops for a reason! Room was cleaned and bed made up for me every day which a lot of hotels don’t do these days.

Chose this property as close to restaurant we were attending for a surprise birthday celebration....was cheap in price so did not expect too much ...location is good just needs redecoration ad very tired .

This proprty does feel a bit tired and dated. We stayed whilst visiting santa pod raceway. 15 minuets from the track. The hosts were so friendly and accomodating. We had a family room which was perfect. Spotlessly clean including the bathroom and beds comfy. Tea coffee and toiletries in the room. Breakfast was extra but wow! What a great breakfast and im picky for quality 10/10. Overall good value and just what we needed. Should we ever use a hotel again whilst visiting santa pod we would definitely stay again.

This large hotel was SO friendly and accommodating. Superb freshly cooked breakfasts and extremely comfortable and quiet room. Had the feel of a very personal B&B rather than a large hotel. Great value for money - definitely would stay again if we're in the area. Thank you for your welcome and your hospitality.

Great place ideal for what we need for 1 night food was great

Where to start. It's dire. There's graffiti on the outside wall. I arrived in the afternoon, checked in, got a little nap and a shower before going out for the evening. Upon my return, the smell of weed in the corridor was overwhelming. The mattress wasn't supportive enough and a single quilt is not sufficient for an adult in a single bed. I couldn't reach the bathroom window to close it. The decor and fittings ate we overdue replacement. Breakfast finished at 9am. Really?? My event started at 9am, and I was back in hotel by 10am. So, even if I wanted a relaxing weekend breakfast , no chance. I took photos of the lampshade and kettle, both disgusting.
