We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We were celebrating our honeymoon and we had a gorgeous ocean facing balcony, the room came with bathrobes & a mini fridge so we could chill our champagne. The room was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and we happened to be the only guests so it was very private and quiet. The communal kitchen looked lovely. Breakfast was only a few steps away at another building but you could definitely make your own in the kitchen. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and well located. The rooms spacious and with amazing views. Prudence is a star!

Zandra is the perfect host in this gem of a guesthouse. Her staff are so lovely and keep the whole place pristine. The shared kitchen areas are amazingly well kitted out and dining beside the fireplace outside in the evening is so magical that we haven’t tried a restaurant in JBay for dinner! Everything about this place is 5+star.

The view from the room was absolutely spectacular. Short driving distance into the town to get dinner was a bonus and the room also lovely and very clean.

A really nice, laid back beach house in a fantastic location right on the beach with a view out to sea. Our room was sea facing with a balcony from which we could see dolphins and surfers. Simply furnished but spacious. The open plan public areas were lovely with two large lounges and a first floor balcony. There’s also a large braai fire on the ground floor verandah which was lit for us. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also a short walk from Nina’s which was excellent for dinner. The beaches in Jeffrey’s Bay are fantastic and it’s helpful to have a car as it’s quite stretched out.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shaloha Guesthouse. The ladies that worked there were so friendly and accommodating, the included hot breakfast was delicious, and the space was cozy and comfortable. We loved that there was a fire outside every night, and mashmallows were left out as an extra treat. One day we even saw dolphins swimming in the waves from the top deck! We also found the other guests that stayed there to be super friendly! Our trip to JBay wouldn’t have been as memorable if we stayed anywhere else. We hope to come back again soon. :)

We had the best view on the ocean from our room and could enjoy it from our private balcony. The room itself was big, the bed super comfy. They’re doing a fire every evenings in the common area with ocean view which is so nice. Our host was adorable and arrange restaurant booking and even a pick up for free!

Perfect location, exceptional staff and great place to relax and unwind. After a very warm welcome by Dani, we were shown to our room which overlooked the ocean where we could watch dolphins swimming around. There is a huge kitchen and braai area for use. We had a relaxing evening by the fire, cooking with a glass of wine in hand. And in the morning, we were hosted by Cynthia for breakfast. She always had a smile on her face; a perfect way to end our stay. We will be back!

Shaloha bnb was amazing! From our arrival to our departure we were welcomed and cared for! Cynthia was a true heartfelt host as well as dani and the girls Oh and the breakfast.. Wow! It's all about the details not to mention super tubes and view just out front.Highly recommend !

Warm and welcoming guesthouse. We felt very at home. The staff were excellent here, our room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was really good but most of all, the position right at Supertubes was the best.

Shaloha Guesthouse was beautiful! We had an ocean view room with a nice patio and lovely views of the ocean, the bed was really comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and the whole place was really wonderful. Highly recommend!
