A higly recommended boutique hotel (winner of the award for the best Malta boutique hotel for 2025). My wife and stayed here for two weeks in November (the off season) and it was perfect for our base of operations. The rooms are kept spotless. The breakfast (included) is cooked for you daily. And for dinner in the restaurant (not included) food, wine, and service are exceptional. This is a small, locally owned, family run hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners and staff were happy to provide suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and activities. Thank you to all.

The view from the balcony depends from which room you are staying in. The view from those in the front of the hotel are great. Obviously the ones with a street view are less extetic. But nice just the same. For breakfast there was quite a list to choose for. It depended from what tickled your fancy. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet the waiter who is very erudite in various languages. Surely a great thing to have in a waiter. Every day the room was cleaned in a proper and efficient way. Cleanliness was no issue. Chapeau for that as well.

We loved our stay at Il-Logga! Our room was generous with a comfy bed & a large terrace overlooking the valley. Bathroom was small but shower had ample room. Breakfast was super generous & so was dinner. Room had a fridge, safe, a couch, deck chairs & complimentary water. Wifi was also complimentary. There are restaurants within a 10 minutes walk to Xaghra Square & a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay again!

A very comfortable intimate hotel. The breakfast was lovely and we can’t say enough how delicious our dinner was at the restaurant. The town is small and quiet but it’s very easy for access to either side of the island for swimming etc.

This is a great boutique hotel, a short walk from the main square which has numerous bars and restaurants. The bus service on Gozo is excellent and there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Ramla beach, possibly the nicest on the island is walkable, though there is also a bus service and the island has Bolt and Uber available. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and breakfast is well served with very generous portions.

Xaghra is the true Malta experience and Il Loggio puts you right there. For three days I was living in Gozo not a tourist. Rooms large, balcony can see fields then sea or church if you look other way. Building soundproof can't hear other guest rooms at all. Food excellent, Breakfast varied, and server gets to be your friend. Roof with pool nice way to end or start a day and bus and town square close by. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise Windmill and Ggantija Temple short walk away.

Such friendly and welcoming people! Stayed 3 nights, quiet and comfortable. Roof top loungers and pool were a bonus. The hotel is a short walk from the main square with several restaurants and bars however the best meal we had was in the hotel restaurant. Excellent! Would return again.

My stay at the hotel was average, with a few areas that could use improvement. The hotel wasn’t very modern, and the TV channel options were limited—having Netflix or more diverse channels would enhance the experience. There was a tiny fridge in the room, but it was empty. It would be much better if the fridge were stocked with drinks and snacks, especially since most restaurants in the area close by 10 PM. Of course, guests could be charged for these items later. The staff at check-in seemed indifferent and provided very little information about the hotel, which I had to ask for repeatedly. Additionally, the checkout time was earlier than most hotels in Gozo, which typically allow checkout at 12 PM. It would be appreciated if this hotel aligned with that standard. Lastly, the breakfast hours (8 AM to 9:30 AM) are too early, especially for visitors who are out late exploring the island. Extending the breakfast time would be a big plus. I hope to see some improvements on my next visit if I choose to stay here again.

Beautiful little hotel. Gorgeous original building. Our good-sized room was on the top floor, with a lovely large terrace which was in sunlight for most of the day. Comfortable beds and a good air conditioning unit and fan. The marble bathroom was really attractive and convenient. The pool area which was right beside our room had lovely views with a good amount of loungers and a lovely pool. Not massive but whilst we were there wasn’t busy with ample space for all. The breakfast was well cooked and more than ample, with an evening before ordering system than worked well. Particular highlights were the staff who were accommodating, professional and approachable . This was most evident when I was unwell during the week and instead of missing a meal, breakfast was very generously brought up to my room as a special favour (I didn’t expect this but it was very much appropriated). Dinner in the hotel restaurant was also a lovely experience with a good, extensive menu and the meals, plentiful and delicious. An excellent experience and one which we would like to repeat, maybe with other family members staying with us next time.

Fantastic 8 day stay at this quiet boutique hotel. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice as was dinner. The staff were absolutely outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The only slight niggle for me was the bedding, linen and towels, they were not the same standard as the rest of the hotel.
