Room was large, bed comfortable and everything clean. Breakfast cooked to order was great and each of the staff were very welcoming

Clean and well maintained. Off of the main strip in the tiny village of Tsitsikamma so not as convenient as other options. Main issue with the place was very low water pressure which means one cannot take a nice shower after a day of activity. No soap or shampoo in the rooms which is consistent with the reality of a lack of water flow.

Gorgeous and peaceful. Sitting in the garden staring at the mountains looming nearby was awe-inducing. The staff was very helpful and I had a lovely breakfast in the morning. There was some noise, particularly barking dogs, late into the night from the homes across the street.

It was very weird to have our bathroom unattached to our actual room, we had to go into the public passage to access our designated bathroom. The walls and doors were very thin therefore you could hear the noise of the other guests and staff. I had a hot breakfast and I wasn't impressed. I only liked the bacon from my breakfast.

Only stayed overnight but staff lovely and situated in a very interesting place.

Liked the ambiance, staff were friendly and hotel clean. The property is a little bit out of the centre of the village and does border a poorer part of the village but walking between the property and the village was never an issue. Be aware that a couple of rooms have what are described as private bathrooms but which are actually accessed via a shared hallway and therefor not very private. These are not easily distinguishable on the website as all rooms are descibed as having private bathrooms.

A few minutes from the Storms River entrance to the national Park and worth the meandering drive through Tsitsekama Village. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Beautiful landscaping. Good value.

No amenities in the immediate vicinity but it is a great venue for a rest and such a helpful manager. I recommend this place highly to anyone. Will go again.

We ordered 2 nights and when we got there we realized that the bathroom is out of the room.. Really disappointing. On the other side, The staff is really helpful and nice and willing to help with everything.

The B&B was excellent with comfortable beds and a brilliant manager who was so helpful. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Probably best not to arrive in the dark if like us you’ve not travelled around SA much! Storms River is a great village and gave us a glimpse of the happiness in SA communities.

Place is neat and clean, staff are very professional and helpful. Beautiful garden area, overall very happy with the stay.

A nice and quiet place. It is close to the tourist attractions and cafes.

All is perfect and great, except the toilet which is apart from our room, not inside. It was really strange layout of toilet, why they fall apart from the room? well it just only 5steps, though. In addition, when the toilet's door ia open, you might get looks of other guests and the staffs.

Our room was massive and clean. We loved the scene outside with animals roaming around the complex, and at times very close to our room. The location just over 1km straight down the road from the main entrance to Addo Elephant Park was great too.

Spacious well maintained gardens, swimming pool and hotel. However when I booked through Orbitz and requested a room with a queen bed, I ended up with what must have been a backpacker room. Very small room with the bathroom across the hall. Each room with a different skeleton key. Imagine going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and unlocking your door then locking it and then locking your bathroom door all with skeleton keys. The mattress was old and we could feel every spring. But looking at the other rooms.... They were very nice so I'm sure the place deserves the high ratings it has gotten. Just be careful of the differences in the rooms. It was not clear to me on the Orbitz site.

I arrived at the hotel and staff tried to hide the fact they cancelled my booking by mistake. They could not offer an alternative accommodation, I had to find myself an hostel nearby (at my expenses!), got sick there and ruined the rest of my holidays! And they even refused to reimburse me the 50% pre-payment I made while booking! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
