I booked a superior suite, but the staff insisted it was a superior apartment. I pre-ordered breakfast for 2 people, but the staff claimed it was only for 1. The staff claimed they would give me a complimentary breakfast for 1 person even though I paid for it.

The staff is friendly, the place is very comfortable, and I've been here several times. However, check-in and check-out are currently a bit uneventful due to issues with the booking system on the app.

I'm very happy and pleased with my stay at Modena by Fraser, Changsha! The location is in the middle of the town, so we can go anywhere nearby. And we also got the best service. The reception helped me a lot with all I need! Definitely will come back if I visit Changsha again later 🫶🏻

An excellent place to stay in Changsha! I highly recommend choosing a room on the highest floor to enjoy breathtaking city views. The experience was truly unforgettable.

Location is great, close to shops and eatery. The room is clean, the AC on the second bed (near the kitchen) is terrible, you should put something on the AC output because it goes directly to the person sleep on the bed.

The location of the hotel is far from the metro and bus station, the hotel is adjacent to the mall, when checking in, the hotel staff look carefully and the hotel lobby is small so it is difficult to find the location of the hotel.

For breakfast guests only bole 1 person. Usually every room should be 2 people, please search, thanks.
