Room was dirty, took long time to check in. No parking. Bufget was empty, did not get any utensils, y it was only 1 person taking care of all tables.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff at the front desk made the check in easy and quick while helping us in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate included the buffet breakfast which had a decent selection of local and international dishes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latam and highly recommend it.

Great and extremely helpful

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The service was good but not so friendly. We reserved two bedrooms with each holding 4 guests, when reserving I forgot to add the 8th person. At check in, there was issues because of this even though we weren’t adding more than the max. We had to pay extra which is okay, but the attitude we were given was not great. The front desk and waitstaff weren’t too friendly. Lunch was not that good, but the breakfast was great!

The hotel was very nice super interesting lobby with archeological treasures. The dining room was delicious and room very comfortable. All service except front desk was excellent

It really was a not very pleasant stay in the jacuzzi area, children jumping not giving adults time to enjoy a relaxing time, then it was time to go to sleep and we found bedbugs in the bed, we ran out of there at midnight looking for a better place, but one thing I want to highlight is that the hotel staff compensate us by returning our money and paying for the hotel where we stayed at night, it really was not a pleasant stay.

The WiFi was terrible it didn’t work well , idk if it was due to the room i was in , but I work through online access so was it was kinda hard to stay working while spending time with the family

I stayed for a business trip. It has a very good location. It is besides one of the biggest and nicest shopping malls of Xela. The restaurant in the hotel has good food. But if you prefer other options there are several restaurants besides the hotel.
