It is a nice property, looks like renovated - balconies are not maintained well, poor WiFi signal in the rooms, staff are polite and responsive

Modern and clean hotel.

L'endroit est somme toute bien. Restaurant offrant un menu varié et spa permettant une détente assurée, accessibles directement dans l'hôtel. Toutefois, air climatisé très bruyant, nécessitant d'être éteint pour la nuit. Aussi, nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu droit au passage des femmes de chambre le deuxième jour. Nous l'avons mentionné à la réception, aucune considération de ce côté.

Room was very nice. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Balcony looking at the lake was spectacular. Arriving late Friday evening it would have been a little easier if we spoke French, but the staff was very nice.

Everything was like paradise. We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary there. We will definitely be back next year. We are planning to come back in a couple of months!!!!! Amazing

It was a great location for finding restaurants and for being near the Plains of Abraham. The room was spacious and had most things you would need. The lock to the door of the room was difficult to work various times we used it which was annoying.

Le jeune homme à la réception n'est tout simplement pas à sa place. Il est arrogant, irrespectueux, impoli,... Lorsque l'on paie une chambre plus de 500$ la nuit, on s'attend à un minimum de courtoisie et de service. Bref change de job garçon. Je ne reviendrai jamais et je compte bien en faire part autour de moi.

Very lovely property. Beautiful setting and just steps to the lake. Very nice layout and bathroom was excellent especially for two people. Only thing missing was robes but other than that, a wonderful stay.

We used to live in Venise-En-Quebec and were thrilled to see this hotel and its services in town. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff is great. Although we couldn't stay to partake in any of the other amenities we would have loved to.

It is a new hotel. The views from rooms are unforgettable.

Everything was fine. But a bottle of water and tea was not included in the price of accommodation. As for me, I like it when breakfast is included in the price.

Learned here that not part of origin hotels anymore. Can’t use the points earned here or the gift certificate bough for here. Good stay overall and we like going to the Noah spa ($$) when we are here.

L'hôtel est tres propre, bon service. J'ai eu une situation le prix que j'ai eu sur hôtel.com un prix de 241$ pour une suite junior lit king vue sur le lac mais sur le site de l'hôtel j'ai trouve 201$ meme suite avec un petit dejeuner inclus. J'ai mentionné cela au sevice à la clientèle par clavardage mais malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu arriver à un arrangements.

The Hotel is great ! Super modern and clean ! Dining is also great ! However the spa experience is not great - old facility , Hamam was not working properly, half of the outdoor installations were closed. I would not go back to the spa. I would go to the hotel though !
