Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la courtoisie du personnel. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant et disponible, en particulier à Gracey. Le logement est bien équipé et est bien situé.Un rafraîchissement du logement améliorerait encore l’expérience. La gentillesse du personnel nous a fait oublié ce petit "désagrément".

We liked that we were able to get this place at a good price for nine nights. It is perfectly located with many shops and restaurants around, and it is walking distance to the bus stop. The Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk. We took the bus twice but it was stressful, and so we decided to drive to the west side of the island. The owner was able to secure us a car rental service at a great price at short notice. We also had the buffett cooked for us, and it was so delicious and very well worth it. The trash was taken out daily and the place was cleaned periodically. We had no issues with mosquitoes or bugs. On the last day, the airline pushed our flight forward by 4 hours, and rather than have us sit at the airport waiting, we were offered late check out at a very reasonable price, which we happily accepted. This was a great place to stay and I took one star off from the area around the property rating just because a small piece of property adjacent to the villa was poorly maintained and the view from the street could be improved (it should be noted that the adjacent property belongs to someone else). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We did not regret our nine nights.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms it is well located to several grocery stores and to the beach. The beach is a very good swimming beach with little surf and dip enough water. The beach restaurant offers good food and good service, has well has free beach’s chairs. They is also a good takeout place near by. The bus stop to Victoria is near by. The management is professional and friendly.

The villa was wonderful. The unit was clean and bright. The community was safe. Housekeepers, gardener and office safe were phenomenal. They were always cordial, responsive and accommodating. Will definitely return to this villa.

Great price/quality stay at the beautiful beach of Anse Royal. Conveniently located close to the airport as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful to organise a rental car, day trips, etc… Would recommend :)

The location was one block to the beach so it was very convenient. There are restaurants and small grocery stores all in walking distance. We spent 4 nights there and Maurice was very helpful in many ways.

Very clean apartment with spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Supplied dishes and utensils were spotless. A minute's walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Conveniently located for an easy drive to Victoria and all the major beaches and attractions. Friendly staff with quick and efficient check in/out. Provided free airport pickup and drop off. Main issues encountered was the shower water pressure severely dropped after a couple of days and remained low for the reminder of our stay. Also the internet was patchy. The only mirror is in the bathroom, a suggestion would be for another mirror in the bedroom above the provided table. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was very ideal as it was in close proximity to everywhere in Anse Royale and it was quite easy to get the bus to other parts of the Island at a very reasonable rate. The only complaint we had was the high cost of the airport transfer (which was organized by the hotel) from the airport to the hotel. On our return to the airport, since we were travelling very light, we simply took the bust at a fraction of the shuttle rate! Altogether a nice and comfortable place with very good accessibility!

A lovely one night stay. Roddy was a great host and looked after us with a big smile... providing us with a coconut each on our last day and letting us use the facilities after we had checked out. Tiptop service!

The property was like the way described. Neat and clean rooms with proper kitchen. They helped in getting a car for rental as well for a discount price.

A great place to stay. I was delighted with the free airport pick up service. The apartments are cleaned daily by lovely friendly ladies. Beach towels are provided. It is close to EVERYTHING, beach, ATM, fish shop, restaurants, market, grocery store. I highly recommend this place.

* If you book through hotels.com or similar, I suggest you independently reach out to the hotel via email before arriving to get info about arriving, airport pickup etc.! They tried to contact us but somehow hotels.com blocked their communication. TLDR: stay here for a great spot while you rent a car to explore the island. WiFi is a little spotty and not all rooms have AC but staff is awesome and location is great! My husband and I travelled to the Seychelles on our honeymoon. We booked one night here as a last minute connecting night between our flight arrival and another booking at a resort. I wish we would have planned differently and stayed a few more nights at La Villa Therese! It is essentially an apartment (a la AirBNB), nothing extravagant but more than enough to use as a base camp while exploring the island. The property owner also has a rental car service with very reasonable rates. They will also shuttle you to/from the airport (for free, depending on # of nights booked). There are plenty of shops and a few restaurants close by... and a great beach! (Tip, head to the north end of the beach for great snorkeling). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beach is a 2 minute walk away- photos are from the nearby cafe on the beach.

I stayed at 4 different properties at 4 different beaches through Seychelles and I thought La Villa Therese was the best at the mid-price range. I had a one bedroom apartment which was well kitted, comfortable and spacious. Patrick, the owner is incredibly hospitable and welcoming and went to great lengths to ensure that my stay was comfortable. He also offered great advice about travel in the Seychelles. The property is very reasonably priced and is located within a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Mahe. It is very important to choose a property that is located on a nice beach as not all of the beaches on the Seychelles are worth staying at. Furthermore, La Villa Therese offers free pick up fro the airport one of the very few accommodation options to do this. This is a bonus as I heard about unscrupulous taxi drivers overcharging unsuspecting tourists from the airport 100Euros when the taxi fare should only be able 30euros. I really recommend La Villa Therese.

Excellent location, Restorants, shops, for us best beach on Mahe a minute or two walking distance. Also a hospital (very good experience). La Villa Therese : satellite tv,, fast wi-if, full equipped kitchen , excellent mattresses, nice living room, staff grill fishes for guests... pick up from airport,drop off...highly recomend.
