Amazing property! So clean, we booked the superior room for 2 with sea view and the view was stunning and room was huge. Room had everything we needed, have 0 complaints! Would defo stay here again

quiet area nice view clean

The property location is difficult to access and the customer must be prepared for a long tiring checkin process that can be 30 mins plus. The staff is minimal and the attention to the customer is similar. The rooms are modern but more for a one carry traveler , minimal amenities. They clearly specify is a pension not a hotel. So lower your expectations...

This place is fabulous. As I came to the property I was greeted by the manager and after the bookwork was done he showed me to my room , carrying my bag up the flight of stairs. When entering the room I could see how good everything was. Especially the view that I had out onto the bay with the hills behind it. The bed was fantastic and I slept well. The staff made sure everything was in good order especially the coffee. The also run the restaurant downstairs,a very busy place with fantastic food. I had the monkfish and with the side of risotto rice it was superb. The restaurant seems to go for good flavours rather than being fancy and I was very happy. I can highly recommend this place .it was only minutes away from the bus stop, the cafes a lovely church and pebble beach.

Beautiful

The place was great. We were welcome by the host who took us to our room. We didn’t mind that it was on top floor and the elevator was only for bags. We were in the top floor and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. But we didn’t mind that there was a small leak from the toilet that was producing a foul smell which permeated through the bathroom. It did not go into the whole room as long as we kept the bathroom door closed. We didn’t they didn’t have time to tell the stuff because we were only there for one night.

Really good sized room and balcony with view. Close to great swimming location. Outside of Split but we preferred this. Cheap Uber to town.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, clean room, beautiful location, an incredible stay overall with only positive things to say.

We had a rental car, the staff member helped ensure it was parked in the right spot. Great room. Had a sea view. Would stay again. Easy walk to main street for food.

After a few hiccups on our first day, which were resovled, our stay was pleasant. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious and have balconies with view of the water. Parking is included in a private parking lot. Just next door to the lot is an amzing bakery; great choice for an inexpensive breakfast. Craving a cocktail, propery owns across the street a wine and cocktail bar with stunning views..multiple beaches in walking distance.

Property had a view of the water, there is free parking available, there are beaches walking distance from the property. Only 20min drive from split. Many dining options available walking distance as well.

Absolutely Superb!! The customer service was Outstanding and Exceptional!! The rooms were comfortable, cozy, inviting, very clean, and peaceful!! The location and the restaurant were absolutely amazing!! I would have loved to have posted this review earlier, but did not have internet service to do so!! I want to say a big Thank you to the staff of this wonderful little Gem for all you did for us during our stay!!!

Its a cheap option but room was really nice and clean and the the there was a decent view from the balcony.

All is good. There is restaurant down the hotel. It is near the bus station going to Split. Near the beaches and restaurants and groceries. All is ok.
