I loved staying at this hotel. The location is incredible. The building and the rooms are beautiful. Everything is Spanish style with high ceilings , wrap around balcony and a courtyard. Pure beauty! And the staff was very sweet.

My room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Will stay again the next time that I go to Puerto Rico

The property was lovely. Our housekeeper took our bath mat and soap and never returned either. Although it is in a great location the noise was terrible. We seemed to be around many bars so the noise at was aweful. We never got to sleep until after 2 am and we left exhausted. Then There was the saxophone player on the corner from 12-1 am. Yes, a.m.! I did love the location but would never stay there over a weekend again.

Locating hotel is very difficult as the front entrance is on Luna Street, but the address given is San Jose street but there is no hotel sign or number on San Jose Street.

Good place to stay

The property is in central Old San Juan, so great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thought we were getting a suite that faced inside courtyard. Ended up with one on the streetside. Was the noisiest hotel we ever stayed at. Make sure to get inside room at check-in. Noise doesn't stop until early morning and started with construction noise before dawn.

Great location and very clean property

Location is great and the staff was very accommodating. The rooftop bar is very nice - although the bar itself was closed the first two nights we were there. The courtyard is small, dark and uninviting. We had an inside room with a small window to the courtyard that's so high up that I could barely see anything. We enjoyed nices breakfasts at the nearby Hotel El Convento.

This hotel is in an amazing location very close to a lot of amazing tourist destinations, shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved our room; it was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The staf was good. The room was good. There were a couple of issues. The fire alarm went off twice, once at 6:00 p.m. then again at 3:00 a.m.The hotel has no parking. You have to try and find parking. Good luck with that. The room and hotel was very clean.

Loved the balcony and the free coffee maching on the eay out the door. Staff was super friendly nad perfect location.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is well located; 10-15 minutes to any places in Old San Juan. We walked to the cruise port. Spacious room 201 but no view - french balcony is a waste. Nice sitting area separate from bedroom. Lots of storage and hangers. Safe is simple. Kitchenette with sink and microwave. Can ask for dishes and cutlery. Fridge works well. Ice machine on 2nd floor. Wonderful helpful front staff. TV's in both rooms but they were super complicated. AC in both rooms are on one controller which worked well. Ceiling fans in both rooms are on separate controllers. Rooftop bar is Thursday to Sunday only... can be heard in this room. They don't recommend drinking the water but will fill your water bottle at the front desk. Wonderful complementary coffee machine at the lobby.

Curteous, available staff. Room was clean. Hotel has a great vibe and is quiet.

Great location within Old San Juan. Steps away from the Cathedral. Rooms are spacious (mine had a large balcony). Rooftop bar is a most. Only drawback is that it lacks parking space, but parking options are available nearby.

We were on the first floor so it was a little noisy. Otherwise, clean room, nice amenities, polite and helpful staff. Delightful rooftop bar.

Room was spotless and very large. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Friendly front desk ,called our cab for 6am. Lovely rooftop bar but it was closed on the day we were there
