Great stay after a long day of travelling. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite. Staff was very helpful. Airprot shuttle to and from airport was also a great amenity!

It was very noisy from very early morning. Apparently the pipes in the o premesis terrible sounds. Like banging noise... Barely slept as we arrived very late

I have stayed here a few times now and will keep coming back. The rooms are spotless! The staff keep everything very clean including the common areas. Don't hesitate to eat dinner in the dining room, the meals are fantastic and the portions are huge, my husband and son were very happy on the portion sizes. Snezana is the lady at that greats you at the front desk. Lovely lady and very helpful with anything you need. Snezana was up early and greeted us with a morning coffee before we hopped on to our shuttle for the airport, she made us feel very welcome and we appreciated her hospitality.

Employees were super friendly. Building and environs reminded us of 1950s communist construction. Not very attractive. Didn't feel comfortable leaving hotel until we had to go for our flight.

We arrived after dark and left before breakfast service. This was a quick stop before our flight home from Zagreb. I must say, the hotel was clean and accommodating, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the dinner was amazing! The cook was on her own and she served up some amazing food to hungry travelers. The free shuttle service to the airport starting at 4am was a great feature as well! Thank you Dream Hotel.

I needed a place to crash before catching a flight the following day. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind as we arrived later than anticipated and had an early morning flight. He prepared hot coffee in the morning and printed boarding passes. If you're with a car, there is olentybof parking available or you can order the hotel's shuttle. The room was very spacious with a ktchenette and a bog bathroom.
