Very polite people, the place is clean and in a good location perhaps a two minute drive to all the little shops in the area. A very late breakfast was sufficient.

Friendly staff, and I enjoyed the breakfast which was included. Very convenient to Monteverde nature areas. Room was serviceable, nothing fancy but it afforded a comfortable night's sleep.

This hotel was very comfortable and friendly. We had a family style room so our kids had their own beds, which is always a plus. This hotel is an amazing value for the price and we liked that is was just on the edge of the town not in the hustle and bustle of the main town area.

Horrible place, don’t go there

Pretty good breakfast buffet but this place should be advertised as shared living, as it is set up like a house with individual rooms for rent. Any noise made outside your door (check in, common area, hallway, kitchen) can easily be heard in your room. Water pressure was non existent in the morning, to the point that I just rinsed my face and stepped out. Doesnt have real windows but glass shutters, so wind, sound, and dust from the dirt road makes its way into the room. Wall between rooms is very thin - easily can hear conversations in adjacent rooms, and individuals snoring.

Very good service and the stuff was very nice helpfully. Good breakfast. Room are clean . 100% suggested .

It's a cozy hotel about 5 mins walk from monte verde down town. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Good for budget travel. Breakfast was also good.

Lo único que no me gustó es que las habitaciones no tienen mas que un enchufe para 3 personas que éramos y pues son algo pequeñas para 3 personas
