Hotel is small. 2star hotel. for single stay is ok. nothing special

The hotel is highly recommended, the service is friendly. I like the chubby older sister wearing a headscarf, she's friendly.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

I always stay at this hotel. But the maintenance is getting worse and worse. Some pipes are leaking and water is dripping. The water heater pipe handle is broken. The pillowcases and blankets are not changed. It's like reusing the ones from the previous guest because of the musty smell and dirty stains on the sheets and pillows.

Quite noisy because got karaoke pub upstairs. But very spacious room. And comfy.

Staff not friendly. Few equipment in the room not functioning. Breakfast provided not value with the price. On my check in day, she told me to change the room for my second day because clash with other customer. Room that I book for 2 people and I ask for 2 access cards (easily if I can charge my phone inside if I go outside) but she refuse to give it. No kettle inside. Not value for money
