Clean and comfortable, economical price

Good.. Don't have meal here..

I've stayed here twice, the first time was okay, but the second time, the room I booked was replaced with a small room that didn't match my order, the reason being there were no more rooms, even though I had paid in full for 3 days, the receptionist was rude as if it was free, there were a lot of mosquitoes, I asked for mosquito spray, the receptionist got angry because I wanted to spray the room, I was there for 3 days, I really couldn't sleep, I regret it

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, it's close to places to eat, it's close to Ampang Puteri Hospital, but it's very far to reach the city, staying there just for the needs of going to the hospital is really okay...

Forgot to take a photo but you won't be disappointed staying at this hotel, the cleanliness is number 1, cheap accommodation but the comfort is not cheap. Just tried to check in, didn't think that the Palm Hotel in Ampang was that clean, close to everywhere, anyway you won't regret it ☺.

Helpful is friendly and helpful. They provide wheelchair for my mother at that time. Location is great, you can easily find almost everything you need around here. The price is affordable. Thank you.

The hotel room is very clean, food is easy because there is a 24-hour Kandar rice restaurant nearby, access to everywhere is close

The rooms are clean and comfortable, located behind the mall, downstairs there is a nasi kandar restaurant which is open 24 hours. Friendly service, there is a 50RM deposit when checking in.
