Very nice location, lovely front desk staff, clean hotel and absolutely will come back again when visiting Hanoi.

The room was large. The toilet was okay. It was clean. The female receptionist was very nice, helpful with explanations and friendly. It's tucked away in an alley, but not far away, very close to the shopping area.

Strategic location.. next to it there is a halal restaurant with adorable prices.. The room is small but quite comfortable.. CS at FO is very friendly and fluent in English so communication is easy.. There is an elevator

The receptionists are very friendly, and they gave a lot of recommendations. Strategic area. It's on an alley, so it wasn't really noisy at night. The room is clean. The only problem is, the water pressure is quite low, and the shower pole is very short, so I have to duck/sit when showering. Also, I ordered one large bed (king/queen), but it turned out they combined 2 single beds into one, so when I sleep right in the middle, it's unbalanced. The breakfast is very standard, but the chef is very nice.

the receptionist, the door man, everyone is very nice. even gave me coffee maker upon check out. if I comeback to hanoi, definitely will come back.
