Here's why I loved this hotel: they were operating at the highest possible level for the price range. It's not a 5-star hotel, but I didn't pay a 5-star price. Rooms were clean, the pool was clean, the gym was clean, and the breakfast in the morning was great compared to what most cheaper hotels are offering.

The sheets were worn and thin.

Quiet and easy commute to the airport

Walls are paper thin. Could not sleep because of stomping and disruptive patrons.

Clean rooms and place overall

Staff was great, room was nice, the only problem we had was that the bathroom smelled strongly of pee when we entered.

Hotel iand surrounding area was very nice.

I booked this hotel and room because Expedia had a sofa bed listed in addition to beds. Upon check in we found none of their rooms had a sofa bed which affected our sleeping arrangements and made for uncomfortable and restless sleep nights.

Everything was Great. Nice service, prompt, and clean. Breakfast was a little basic but not bad.

Was traveling through Des Moines and hotel was convenient, well priced, and clean. Would stay again.

A/C in our room was not cooling off.

The room smelled like a wet dog

It was a nice safe location and clean enough. The man at check-in was nice and polite. I found the rooms kinda small, then the on demand tv stopped working the first night (possibly my fault but not sure). I found the bed harder than I like and barely slept at all due to arthritis pain sonI would up missing the concert I had gone there for after all that! Road noise didn’t help either.
