The perfect location for exploring Kathmandu's popular tourist district of Thamel! Exceptional customer service and do take advantage of the breakfast option if you love a flower filled restaurant area in a secret garden off of the bustling street. These folks can also help you arrange tours, too. Will definitely come back !

This place is in the middle of Thamel which is the most busiest streets in Katmandu. You can do anything there dining to shopping anything. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend here! Thanks for everything!

We were very disappointed in the room and the roof terrace, as they did not compare to the pictures on your site. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is located in the Thamel area of Kathmandu, reasonably priced, basic amenities but clean rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi/internet and running hot water. Staff members at reception were all very helpful and friendly. They do arrange airport transfers and you can arrange a taxi service with the hotel beforehand for visiting any touristic destinations if you prefer. The breakfast is served in the Delima Garden Cafe next door, breakfast was good, they do serve lunch and dinner with live music in evenings most days. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay, easy on the pocket too

Staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. They were doing construction outside. It’ll be nicer once they fix that up. The bar next door is a little loud with live music on the weekends. But it usually quiets down before 12. Very central location.

Lovely little hotel. We were given a choice of which level we wanted to stay on. Opted for the 4th floor, only room on that floor and right next to the lovely roof terrace. Can't hear much noise from the street and thankfully there wasn't much noise from the roof terrace either as they closed the external door in the evening. Free tea and coffee for guests on the roof terrace, happy for us to make it ourselves. Staff were lovely and were able to organise an early morning taxi to the airport as well as a boxed breakfast to take with us. Breakfast is taken at the sister cafe next door. Good food, clean but well used as are most cafes in Kathmandu. Rooms were great, wifi is fast and free, tv with a good selection of channels, bedding and bathroom were clean, towels fluffy but not 100% white (most laundry is done by hand in Kathmandu so some items aren't as clean and white as expected). A couple of things that differ from the hotels.com summary - the breakfast is not a buffet, there is no library or conference centre, the restaurant is the cafe next door, there is no parking close by (vehicle-free zone), none of the rooms have a balcony or a patio area. One thing to grumble at is that they charge 5% on all card transactions, something that we didn't find out until check out. It might be good if the hotel lists this fee under the additional fees section on hotels.com. But otherwise, we had a lovely stay at this hotel and would return if we were back in Kathmandu.

Just renovated and modern amenities, the staff and owner is very friendly felt like family, the only problem is the loud area at night, since its near to many bar around, but other than that everything is perfect, i had a nice stay and experience in this hotel. Maybe little tips is softer pillow? :)

정말 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 친절하고 깔끔합니다. 옥상 또한 편안한 공간이에요. 주변에 식사할 곳이 많은 것도 장점입니다.

Best Hotel, since I was sick during my entire stay there. The personnel helped me with buying food, water and medicine which I highly appreciated (I was a zombie). I have no complaints, it’s a central hotel with great service and nice rooms close the everything Kathmandu has to offer!

Buona posizione in zona pedonale turistica, circondato da ristoranti, negozi e atm. Abbastanza vicino a qualche sito di interesse. Personale fin troppo cordiale.

Totally bad experience. After traveling so many places , It was our first time we did not get our reserved family room though we prepaid two nights. Also they did not notify or said anything about the room until we entered and found two single bed(1m). It was obvious that it could not add another extra bed in such a narrow space. After we inquired how three people can sleep with 8 years old son, the front desk called and their manager showed up, many excuses but without apologies for they did not have another room. When I got angry and asked for the refund and the manager agreed to find another better hotel nearby just one minute distance. We believed that and after more than fifteen minutes turning around and around, we arrived at that "better" hotel. Actually it was the family room. Dirty sheets with awful smell scattering in the room. I felt like vomiting after I rinsed the mouth and found the water was brown. According to the staff, they were repairing and cleaning it and it may take two hours. It was 8pm and we felt exhausted. If we could find back our reserved hotel, and if we could have a little more energy, we would rather go back. We just surrendered. At last we lay down to sleep without taking off the clothing and taking the bath. Guessing what could make this happen? It was not a mistake or overbooking.
