This was our first time taking our family to Tam Dao. We booked the room through the app beforehand and were very satisfied with the room, the service, the cleanliness, and the quick check-in process. However, the room is smaller than shown in the pictures.

The hotel is budget-friendly, with many rooms offering various views, including a check-in spot overlooking the square, which is quite cool at night. The only downside is that the blankets and towels have some stains, seemingly from not being washed thoroughly.

The space is small, the room smells bad, and the toilet isn't cleaned properly. Overall, it's terrible.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and smell nice. We arrived earlier than expected, but Chân Mây was very helpful and accommodating with the early check-in. The staff were friendly and spoke softly, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely choose Chân Mây again 💖

Overall, it's reasonably priced, but the rooms are a bit small, and there's an elderly receptionist who isn't very friendly. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor.

New room, clean, fully equipped, unfortunately my family met the guests on the day there were very inconsiderate, running, jumping, joking, talking very loudly at 3-4am.

The room has adequate amenities. However, the bed sheets feel like they have been left for a long time and are damp due to the weather. I asked for the bed sheets to be changed and they were fine, but please check them immediately upon check-in.
