飯店停車是個問題..假日商場跟餐廳車輛沒有跟飯店區分..變成住宿的車輛停不進地下室停車場,必須停在大廳門口戶外...還要等晚上用餐時間後再移車到地下室?! 自助式早餐菜色普通, 樣式多但不精緻...

i love this hotel and will back again for sure

Room was very spacious, bathroom has been renovated. Furniture was very old, outdated and dirty. Need more renovations.

飯店與百貨公司一起, 同一集團. 規模大且休閒與逛百貨一起非常方便.

Pleasant stay, but the plumbing system would be a little noisy sometimes

This property was not at all what it was advertised as. The property was very worn, cockroach in the room and hallway, very negative vibe. Would not recommend for money.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is easy to deal with.

Although it was hurrucane days for our stay, we felt comfortable and safe.for our stay. Because of government restriction and disallowing buffet inside hotel restaurant, including breakfast, to Covid 19 pandemic management, the Hotel provided room service for meal selection- western, Chinese and vegetarian- in meal boxes for breakfast, and it also provides coffee cups and fruit boxes in meal packages. Hotel staffs are experienced, friendly, detakled, professional and courteous.

氣派還在但顯過時。

房間乾淨度可再提升，首次入住一進房就遇到小強，地面也有明顯灰塵跟蜘蛛網；其餘週邊、環境都可在接受範圍內

The mattress is too hard and the pillow is too high,I can't sleep well.

立地が良くて、ホテル直結のショッピングモールが素敵です。 朝食は種類が豊富で大変美味しかった。

早餐沒甚麼特色,不建議在飯店用餐

房間寬敞，地點方便，方便停車，但房間設施偏舊，希望能翻新整理！

適逢星期六住宿'百貨與飯店的停車全部混在一起停車'實在有夠混亂'找車位真的是一位難求'毫無賓至如歸的感覺! 房間內的燈光有很大改善的空間'裝潢上無法享受到五星級的優越感! 早上的用餐裏'取餐的廊道太小太短距'全部擠在一起!應改把用餐區的中庭要好好利用'可以在中庭弄一個圓形的取餐區'分散人潮!用餐服務人員的衣裝清潔要注意'有待加強!

床太硬

住房設施有五星級飯店水準，但早餐就普普，口味對我來說，除了幾樣還不錯外，大部分煮的不優，有失五星級飯店水準
