It's really close to Sensoji Temple, Don Quijote, and stations... You might not have to worry. It must be a great choice!

I'm so thrilled to have found such a strategically located hotel, just steps away from the train station, surrounded by great shopping spots like Uniqlo and Don Quijote, and even close enough to enjoy coffee at Fuglen Asakusa ! Konbini everywhere and you can walk to enjoy the sunset at Sumida River.

The hotel is strategically located, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete, but the bed is quite small for 2 adults and 1 child, not cramped.

The room is quite big for the Tokyo area. And surrounding is the market. So I can enjoy the food from early morning till late night.

It was a horrible stay. we checked at 10 PM after a long day. The satffs searched for my reservation, After 30 min checking they told us that they could not find my reservation even I showed them my booking confirmation email. After long waiting, they asked us to make a new reservation and paid and cancel my existing reservation. Leaving with no choice sine we are first time in the city and it was too late. the staff told us, there only twin bed available on 2nd floor (we booked for king bed and higher floor). left with no choice, my husband and I took the offer and paid. the room view only other building wall and electricity pole and cables. On our last night (we stay 3 nights), they sent note to our room, say that actually, our reservation was valid and paid. And they will do refund on my payment. We were asked to approach the front desk for refund. The staffs processed the refund and no one word say sorry for all the trouble they caused. Like it happens on every reservation??? Only 1 staff speak English. When you plan to stay here, just be prepared for the nightmare.

The facilities are good, clean, the trash can is not big enough in the toilet. Make up room should include tidying up the bed. So we have to request first. Strategic location, exit the hotel directly to tourist attractions and many food choices are close to Donki too.

Clean room, attentive staff, easy check in & check out! I sent my luggage to this hotel through yamato baggage deivery service from the Narita airport as I straightly goes to Kyoto as soon as I arrived and don't want to carry big luggage during trip to Kyoto, and as soon as I check in to Richmond Hotel my luggage safely arrived and already inside my room, very convinient! Room is cleaning out daily, with complete amenities! Very good location, many restaurants just few steps from the hotel, close to train station, Sensoji Temple just within few steps, the 24 hours Donkihote just few meters away! 6 nights well spent in Richmond hotel, will definitely go back!
