Excellent location. Great friendly staff members (especially the front-desk and the breakfast lady). Overall, a very pleasant stay. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation, but overall, not bad.

Was apprehensive about room facing Bussel Hwy, but the double glazed window worked a treat. No problems! Parking at the room door. Continental breakfast was simple, cereals toast and pancakes. Woman in attendance was cheery and helpful. Walk, or drive to main street with restaurants, bars etc. Liked Busselton a lot for a break.

Room was a bit dated but lovely and clean excellent location a short walk from town and lots of places to eat and drink . Breakfast included was a really nice addition. But the best thing was the staff who were all excellent would definitely stay again 😃

The motel room was spotless. Very comfy and close to everything. The breakfast was included so that was a big win for us.

Nice little room no frills but everything you need. Good location for the jetty, shops and restaurants. About a 15 minute easy walk.
