This hotel was a very memorable stay for my wife and I at Sun Moon Lake. The hotel is strategically located, close to Itha Thao pier and the cable car station. The hotel staff (who appear to be the direct owners) are friendly, kind, and communicative. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, and our room was even upgraded from a two-person room to a four-person room for free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were also given recommendations for local eateries and were taken to a bicycle rental place. At breakfast, we were introduced to other guests who were also staying there, so we could chat and exchange information with each other while enjoying a delicious, warm breakfast. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay again if we return to Sun Moon Lake.
