The staff are nice, even if they can't speak English they try to communicate. There is a free bar. It's near Ueno Station, less than 5 minutes walk, and another 10 minutes walk to Ameyoko Market. It's also near Family Mart and 7-11. Recommended.

The location is good, you can roll your heavy luggages from Ueno station to the location without lifting them. Breakfast is simple, if you come early, it is satisfying since the full menu is still available. They are kind in giving free treats: 3-6 PM, free flow soda and calpis drinks; 6-9 PM, free alcoholic drinks are provided. You can taste a sip of Japanese drinks (suntory whiskey, local plum, wine), as well as other usual drinks.

very cute room Very ok, clean, small, according to Japanese style, overall ok, lovely staff. There is also breakfast available.
