Staff support had no problem Room wash basin tap was very slow and only one towel provided was not clean. The fan made lot of noise so had to switch it off

No hot water, no wifi. Pillows, mattress and towels super dirty.

I was not allowed to stay because the hotel denied my booking through hotels.com site. And I was made to pay the hotel again the full rate inspite of prepaying in hotels.com website. Hotel management told us that they are not a partner with hotels.com at all, and that was the reason for the denial. But in hotels.com it is showing as a partner. I ended up paying twice for a dirty room.
