The hotel's position is next to a Family Mart and close to everywhere. I checked in a bit early, so I left my luggage first. When I came later, the luggage was already in the room, which is very thoughtful. While staying here, the room was very comfortable and very clean. So recommended.

It's okay, not bad, average. The room is clean. Breakfast was a bit limited. The room is large and the location is near the canal, but the onsen is very small and doesn't have an outdoor area.

I am very impressed with this place. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a good welcome. Walking around the Otaru Canal is very close.

Stayed here twice and still have an excellent experience

The staff is friendly and the room has been prepared well as requested. The location is strategic so there is no need for public transportation to get to tourist attractions. The distance to the station is also still within walking distance while looking at unique shops along the way.

In terms of the location of the hotel and the size of the room, it is considered standard. The size of the room is comfortable, suitable for a family of 4 people to relax. But the most important thing is the quality of the hotel staff, which is excellent. We forgot the expensive shopping items at the hotel. The hotel kept them neatly and safely. We contacted the hotel and kept the items until the day we returned. We stopped by the hotel to pick them up. Thank you for the excellent service and care. I would like to give more than 5 stars.

Cool concept room, love the fridge in the barrel. Spacious room. Very close to Otaru Canal for night photos. Lots of konbini nearby

Lokasi dekat sekali dengan Otaru Canal, kamar agak kecil tapi ok, bersih dan ada indoor onsen-nya walau kecil. Service ok 👍.

The hotel design is unique and nice, it would be better if the coffee dispenser machine is providing coffee in the morning too.

Just one thing unsatisfied is the parking lot is fully park & have to park at opposite parking lot which cost 1.2k per night & does not allow multiple entry in & out. Basic small public bath with standard hot water without any sulfur
