Great value for money !!

The Japanese room was very nice, clean, and spacious by Japanese standards. Extra towels, and toiletries are freely available in the lobby. Several restaurants nearby. The pool cost ¥2000 or it might have been ¥2500 per person so we didn’t use it. Parking is ¥800/ night. And the onsen doesn’t allow tattoos which was unfortunate.

Love the location by the main street. This hotel is pretty much the center of the city. Very close (about 10 mins walking) to start of Bizan mountain hiking trail. I came for a leisure/vacation, seeking overall quiet passing of time moments and this hotel made it perfect. I love the antique feel all around the building, giving me 80s vibe with its radio, AC, for example. I appreciate the restaurant in the first floor, room, staffs, everything worked out great for me. There are popular eateries around this hotel. Will definitely visit many more times.

Room is spacious for a standard twin room. Bathroom also good size. Quiet location, good for overnight stay.

It's a bit old in some places, but perfectly functional. Rooms are a little bigger than typical Japanese business hotels. The public bath and pool are nice conveniences!

建物が古いのはやむを得ないが、リフォームも中途半端

設備の古さは否めませんが、きちんと手入れされており好感を持ちました。 快適に過ごすことができました。 ティッシュペーパーの場所が分かりにくかったです。

At most a 1 star motel. Totally unacceptable. Broken and outdated facilities; even the bed and pillow should go to trash long time ago.

バスルームの壁の黒カビと洗面台のヒビがとっても気になりました。この箇所を改善していたらもっと快適に気持ち良く過ごせたなと思います。

It was a good & convinient location.

Everything was fine except that I was charged 400 yen for motorcycle parking despite a numerable amount of spots around the property. This hotel isn't located in a heavily industrialized and city area too. Even then hotels usually do not charge for motorcycle parking. So it was rather unreasonable. Defeated my purpose of a budget hotel.

Not the best location for my needs - far from JR and downtown. I stayed because of the gym which I then found had limited hours (noon - 9 PM) and required an additional charge of 1100 yen. Room on 9th floor was spacious and had a great view. As other reviews said, the hallway is rundown and it seems they don't clean under the bed. Glad I got a discount price. The restaurant next door for breakfast was good for me but many might not like it - mostly a soup and salad bar.

Lobby & Room Space is ok, but Room inside find dirty & old...

The front deak staff is great. Excellent customer service

滿意的酒店，地點離開JR站（阿波富田駅）約有15分鐘的步行距離，附近是住宅及學校，沒有什麼逛街的地方，酒店有大浴場，可以泡湯消除疲勞。房間size以日本來說不算小。 可惜入住時是日本年尾收爐，未有機會嘗試酒店的早餐。

Nice hotel with indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I could enjoy the beautiful sunset from my room. However, I stayed in the non-smoking room but my room smells so smoky.
