Very nice staff and clean room

Good value for money. The name is very deceptive, as the hotel is on a canal that leads to an industrial harbor. The room is very large with a 5 star bathroom. The air conditioning and lighting were good but very hard to figure out, as there were no English instructions.

The room was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, although pillows were very firm (common for Japan). No wifi, but staff gave us what we needed to connect our laptop via a network cable. Only two significant problems: 1. the toilet stank to high heaven. Fortunately the bathroom (including traditional Japanese style showers and a huge bath) didn't smell. 2. The room quite possibly had a pleasant view, but we'll never know, because the only window in the whole 2nd floor room had "bathroom glass" and couldn't be opened.

No lift but there's one for your luggages. Big room with 2 TVs, 2 air cons, a dining area but poor wifi. Supermarket 5 mins walk away. Parking right below.

Small room but I just needed a place to sleep and it was cheap. Recommended

Was visiting to attend a football tournament. My room was large and themed. The admin spoke limited English, however we were able to communicate effectively. (Hint: left is a large shopping centre)

If your ever in Kainan it would be worth staying here. Big rooms with a large bathroom.

元ラブホってこともあり、入るまで不安はありましたが、スタッフの方々の明るい挨拶で出向いてくださり、部屋も広々していて、綺麗でした。 家族3人での宿泊で、子供もお風呂の広さに大喜びっ！！ 帰りたくないと嫌がるほど、気に入ってました

外観がラブホテルだったので入るのに少し戸惑いましたが、中に入ってみれば快適に過ごせました。

お部屋は広くて清潔 ワンちゃん同伴可なので快適なホテルです チェックインの時間がもう少し早ければ尚いいと思う

安いから施設はそれなりは分かるが 安いから店員が横柄は違うと思う

子ども連れだったけど、十分な部屋の大きさで親子共々のんびり過ごせました。近くにスーパーがあるから助かった

いわゆるラブホテルをリノベーションしたものであるためある程度その名残がわかります。 窓メインのスペースに窓からの採光が無いのもその特徴です。 朝はその分ゆっくり寝れるかもしれませんが、時間感覚が狂いがちです。 寝るだけと考えるなら申し分ないです。 ただ浴室の臭いが不快で、配管などの問題があるのかもしれません

GWでどこも取れない中たまたまヒットして宿泊しました。 駐車場が1階にあり車に乗って使用するのは良いかも。 ただしエレベーターが無いので階段使用になります。 貨物用リフトはあるので荷物はOK。 一泊なら良いかと思います。

駐車場は高さ表示がなかったのですがハイエースのハイルーフが入りました。エレベーターなく犬は抱っこして階段を利用。共有のレンジがあり助かりました。 歩くと運動になる程度に近いにスーパーもあり、 便利がよかったです。また利用したいです。

ベットをシングル2つで頼んでいたのに、掛け布団がダブルの1つでした。 洗面台がトイレの中しかないが不便でした。

出張で利用させてもらいました。 滞在時間が少なかったこともあり、特に問題なくすごせました。 また利用したいと思います。

今回家族で利用しました。部屋も広く、お風呂も広くて良かったです。子供たちもよろこんで過ごすことができました。
