We were there for one night as we had a layover flight. A 15-min away from the airport which is convenient for a short trip but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer period of time.

They were very nice and professional, especially helpful to me as an American

Really nice clean hotel newly renovated by the look of it. I was disappointed however that the photos online were not of the hotel and quiet far from town however we enjoyed our stay had a great sleep and staff were kind and helpful

Good hotel not so far from airport

It is a great hotel to stay overnight during your layovers.

Very convenient hotel close to the airport, perfect for layovers. The room was clean, comfortable and good amenities. Staff at the reception were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a dining hall where I had a very good and juicy ribeye. Not sure about the area around, but overall highly recommended for those in transit

Location is 20-30 mins drive away from Almaty International Airport. A bit far from the centre of Almaty but Yandex taxi is pretty accessible from the hotel and can easily get you around. Breakfast is great! AC works well during Summer months. People working at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

if you want Almaty action - find a place in the upper city - but this hotel is just fine and a good value -

This property is really garbage. Do not suggest this to anyone.

Checked in for a short airport layover. Desk clerk was not at all happy to greet us. She wanted to charge us t4000 per person for a ride to the airport. The room was stifiling hot, and running the AC it took hours for the room to cool down. Upon check out the same desk clerk, told us to "go sit on the couch, while we check out the room." We had already called for a ride, so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Once the clerk got the okay, that we hadn't stolen anything from the room, she simply waved us away, and said "you can leave now". The area around the hotel is in a sketchy area with people walking around, some in the shadows, or just sitting in cars. There is also a car wash next door, that is open really late and seems to be a hangout. We stayed there because the reviews were good, but I would not ever stay there again.
