Wanted to love it…. Just stayed in another AC a month ago and it was amazing. This one, not so much. The bathroom situation is horrible. The toilet and shower are half contained closets with zero privacy. If your partner goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are awoken with blinding light and the knowledge of exactly what they are doing since you are essentially using the bathroom in the bedroom. The designer obviously never used their design. Bathrooms and bedrooms should be separate spaces. God forbid you stayed here with any issues, there is no ventilation or privacy for the toilet. You get out of the shower with no hooks for a robe and a cold room dripping wet into your bedroom. The sink area is so minimalist there is no trash can for a tissue. Otherwise the hotel was lovely but the bathroom situation is completely unacceptable. My fault for not reading the reviews prior to booking because now i see i am not the only one that feels this way- but the Marriott’s response is ridiculous- its open concept/ European design?? Really they like to use the bathroom in front of each other in Europe? I really thought i could trust this brand to not have to read a review.. now i know.

The hotel and the room were very nice. The service was so so. While we checked in around 7 pm, I asked for some slippers. We waited an hour and didn't get the slippers. My husband called the front desk asked for it again, however, we didn't get them until 11pm, when we were all in bed and ready to sleep. The reason I picked AC hotel this time was because the water in the pool was warm last time we stayed. It was a bit disappointing this time, the temperature of the water was not as nice as last time, the pool was a bit cold. There are so many hotels around this area, this is the feature that makes AC hotel stand out from others for us.

Clean room, swimming pool was great. The concept of green room was good but it was annoying at time because nothing extra(amenities) was stocked in the room. Never called the front desk so much as this hotel to ask for different amenities that are usually pre stocked in the hotel rooms.

The heating had a issue. They decided to change the filter while we were in the room. So much noice so much dust! Pool was extremely dirty, several beer cups in the water!! We asked for slippers. Had to call them 4 times and took them 2 hours to bring them for us!

The room layout (open concept) was awful. No privacy and anyone sharing the room was disturbed by noise and light And you're stuck stepping from the shower to a dirty floor. if someone wanted to get ready while they slept. A genuinely puzzling design decision that would stop me from staying there again.
