Great breakfast!

I would give the stuff and service 5 stars but there’s a recepcionista made me very uncomfortable … Eu Daria 5 estrelas para os funcionários e serviços mas por causa de uma recepcionista me deixou muito desconfortável eu deixei 4 estrelas. A gerenciamento tem que selecionar melhores os funcionários e deixar bem esclarecido que irão trabalhar com todo tipo de publico.

Very clean, quiet, has AC , front desk super nice, and it is in the city mall- you park inside the mall parking and they validate your park- parking is free and safe. They also have a great breakfast . Just off the freeway - via dutra- very convenient - new hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The girl who checked me in was very nice and she speaks English so she was very helpful to me.

The front desk is understaffed in the busy hours and overstaffed in the quiet hours. The internet quality is not good.

Very convenient location, right next to the city shopping mall.The staff is very friendly. The dining area is good but I think that the price for the breakfast should be cheaper.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The mattress wasn’t the greatest, and not having hand towels available is a real pain. We won’t be staying in Ibis again because of the towels and having to pay extra for breakfast and parking.

The rooms are clean, basic, and have everything one needs for an overnight stay. The breakfast has plenty of fresh, delicious items. The mall next door has food, shopping, and even a movie theater.

Reservei quarto de casal e mais 1 criança de 9 anos. Na reserva cobraram 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro, só tinha cama de casal e um sofá, deram 1 travesseiro e 1 lençol p meu filho. Sofá, não é cama. Fui pedir 1 cobertor, tive que quase implorar à funcionária. Fiquei frustrado com o Íbis, pois conheço a rede e sempre fui muito bem recebido. Dessa vez nota 0

Funcionários irritados Tinha uma sacola com itens pessoais que jogaram fora Funcionário superior me fez subir no quarto duvidando que o mesmo havia sido limpo Até que a camareira assumiu que havia jogado fora Péssimo atendimento

Hotel limpo, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã bom e local bem localizado, junto ao shopping, Havan e supermercado.

Equipe dinâmica e solicita, ótimo café, per friendly com direito a brinde, localização.
