The hotel is lovely, our room was spacious and comfortable with very welcome air conditioning. The hotel is in a little shopping mall, so it’s quiet at night, we slept really well. The restaurant and bar were in the 6th floor and breakfast was served as a buffet with added extras from the kitchen. All the staff were friendly and attentive, 10/10 I’d highly recommend, we are looking forward to returning to Cardiff and to Hotel Indigo again.

This was my second stay here and it was as good as the first time. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. They are clean and well presented.

Receptionists and Nausheen at breakfast was amazing. Staff cannot do enough for you. Very kind and quick to act when needed.

Lovely hotel, terrible problem with seagulls from 3am onwards. Lovely Georgia on reception moved us to a different room but we could hear the treadmill from 6 am in the gym instead. Bit of a nightmare sleep wise but hotel was nice. Horrible view of seagull poo out of the first rooms window.

Good & convenient for centre city. Clean

Our room on this occasion wasn’t great and we left very disappointed. I should have asked to be moved but we needed to be an event quickly and didn’t have the time. We’ve always had the premium rooms but would definitely not bother if we stay in the future.

I loved the decor in our room! We were 2 minutes walking to our families hotel, and 3 minutes from the Cardiff Castle, where the party we were attending was. It was all fabulous!

Check-in was friendly and smooth. Room was spacious, clean and comfy; shower was particularly good. Only areas for improvement - there were couple of minor areas needing repair (card slot to turn on lights coming off and hand soap nozzle loose) and could do with more hangers in the wardrobe. Breakfast had a lot of choice and very good quality in a lovely setting. Location is very convenient for city centre. Overall a great stay and fantastic value for money, will definitely be back.

Boutique style hotel, lovely, great service team.

The first room we were out in totally stunk of smoke, we rang reception and they moved us to a new upgraded room! The staff were lovely. The breakfast has changed to buffet style instead of ordering from a menu, and definitely isn’t as good now. Overall good stay though.

Perfect hotel for what we needed and very smooth check-in. Room was great and big bathroom. Breakfast was good but they didn’t have the homemade granola (or any granola/muesli) as in the pictures.

Most things were fine except the most important factor, the bed. We have never stayed in a hotel where there was no matress, only a box spring. It was very uncomfortable. The worker at the front desk had no idea what a box spring was. The breakfast, while extensive was not hot and over cooked. It was as though it was prepared for when the opened and sat around for an hour or more. It had a great selection, but it was luke warm. For the price point, we expected more.
