Great place! A/C is AMAZING. One request, PLEASE ADD A MINI FRIDGE!!

We had no hot water in shower, it was very cold.this was very dissatisfying.

This hotel is wonderful too clean and the staff very professional thanks

El lugar estuvo bien, con todo en su lugar. El olor de las toallas era muy intenso a cloro y hay un poco de ruido que atraviesa por los muros de los vecinos pero que no fue intolerable. El desayuno fue rico, tipo buffet y con lo necesario.

I didn't like that the stairs are far away from main entrance and the elevators took forever to pick me

While the hotel's location and breakfast were great, the customer service was good, and my room was a bit dirty, with dirty bed sheets. Just a reminder No refrigerator or microwave

I did not feel safe Knor the other 6 in my party. We rented 4 rooms. The elevator was super slow and only 3 to 4 People were allowed on it. They need to be replaced. We waited 20 minutes from 6th floor to lobby. We were not allowed to use what is supposed to be the emergency stairs unless there was a fire. Even at that the stairs don't have access to ground level. I will never stay there again or my Loved ones.

I decided to try this hotel I herd go thing about it ,but when I arrived alot of dust and dirty out side I went up to the 2nd floor,the office staff was nice on the inside was clean everything from that point was good ,untail I checked out ,so I did but I didn't notice that I lefted something thing behind and was very busy that day that when I noticed that I was missing my brand new baseball Caps where missing so I said to myself I will go there the next morning to retrieve my items to see if the staff turned them they told me no,and no one else had rented that room the only other person that had entered was the cleaning person,I lefted my hats on top of the counter bye the window,I'm thinking I've traveled over 3,500 miles and then this where you can't even trust your own staff . will I ever return would you........it not so much the value it's the trust !!!!!!!!!!

Rooms very crowded, they need an upgrade on the towels. The A/C didn't cool the room, the last day we didn't sleep because it got up to 80°F even thought we complained and the staff was very nice and helpful. They changed us of room, but still it felt cool 10 mins in, then it did not cool at all. Breakfast was ok all 3 days we got same thing, chilaquiles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal and beans. Overall convenient because of location, stores around. I wouldn't recommend for a lond stay and with children. Staff very nice and helpful.

rooms are very small, i di not get a coffee maker shower very uncomfortable. walls are thins as paper, you can hear everything. buffet service was poor, always had to ask for more fruit. thanks

Hello I loved the fact that there was a shopping center next to the hotel. Very convenient especially if you travel solo.
