Great hotel in an oilfield town. Appreciate the early breakfast so we have a full tummy before work.

Not a bad place, its really clean and the staff is so nice. It is very close to work so we decided to stay here.

There breakfast was really good

We found three things wrong with this place. The gym is a joke, might as well not even advertise they have one. The one machine they have is broken. My daughter had to be switched rooms, there was an awful smell in it. Found dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I just didn’t feel like the room and beds were clean. I felt icky just being there.

The sheets where dirty and the room had nit been vacuumed. The door was open when we got to our room. We did not stay

Good clean place to stay real quiet

We arrived a saw windows broken on th front of the motel. We were immediately concerned about our safety. In the room was not well cleaned. We moved one of the chairs and it had a lot of trash underneath it. Went to take a shower and the handle fell off into my hand. Last time we will book at a Baymont hotel.

No noise very clean I booked a handicap room and was excellent The only thing is that I didn’t know they didn’t do housekeeping on Sundays and I removed my bed sheets cause they needed to be washed and when I got back to the room I didn’t have sheets called front desk a couple of times and no one answered so I walked to lobby and the person in the desk told me she would go and do my bed I waited an hour and she never came I had to sleep on the duve and no pillowcases

The phone number listed on both google and expedia for this hotel is wrong. I had tried calling from 4 in the afternoon until after 11 about my reservation with no answer due to this. Website shows checkout is at 12. Had a knock on the door at 1130 stating that checkout was at 11 and asked if we would like a late checkout. Meaning we would have been charged even though we were already getting ready to head out BEFORE the stated checkout out time of 12. The hotel has a weird smell no matter where in the hotel you go.

The number listed for this hotel is wrong. And checkout states it is at noon but they knock on our door at 11:30 stating it was at 11. The hotel has a really weird smell through the whole hotel

Stayed a week and I will be returning to the area. This will be where I stay again

I hate to leave a negative review but sometimes it's needed. I'm originally from Andrews and I remember when this hotel was built. I've stayed here before when passing thru town and had no issues but last night was bad. The hotel was hot first of all the hallways and everything was hot and had an odd odor. I got into my room and the ac barely worked, was filthy and busted. The bed was ehh so so but definitely not great, the pillows were miserable. The shower was grimey and dirty. Overall it was just not a good experience. It needs significant cleaning and some maintenance. I had family in another room and there was actually someone's left over food in the room when they checked in. Pretty tell tell sign it's not being cleaned.

Star was very nice & polite - fist night at 3 am someone close to our room alarm went off and it wasn’t shut off for 1 hour( hard to sleep) 2nd night our neighbor( our room had an adjoining door) came in after mid note was slamming doors - loud talking - could hear every word of conversation- loud screaming kid in background. That took over 1 hour to get quite then would start back up. 3rd night 2:08 am same neighbor loud slamming doors - loud talking - could hear every word of conversation- called office and told them - office lady wasn’t sure of correct room issue was coming from ( I was half asleep) I told my room number and it had adjoining door. She said she would call. Took awhile for them to quieted down . Upon ck out told front desk person . She told me they should have been kicked out and she would talk to them. The hotel needs updating and major deep cleaning .
