Great welcome by the owners, lovely room fantastic bed and an awesome breakfast. Just a short 10 minute walk to the seafront. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming.

Great location and quiet, with lovely clean rooms and only a short walk from the town centre and harbour. Great breakfast and fantastic service from the proprietors. Lovely welcome and attention to the little things make this place overall outstanding. We will be back.

We were welcomed by both Paula and Lin. A great couple who have made the “big move” into Guest house owners. Rest assured they will be a great addition to the bustling Torquay accommodation space. Great room, spotless, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great too. A 10/10 for us.

A lovely B&B in a great, quiet location a short walk from the sea front. Our hosts De & Terry were fabulous- very welcoming and happy to share tips on best places to visit. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

What a find fabulous people looked after us all the way through our stay excellent breakfast picked what u want and got it no problem, they even went and purchased tomatoes and hot sauce to go into tomato juice excellent unfortunately we had to leave early issue at home and they are going to credit us for the two nights so can return in the future we liked them so Much Terry and De can’t wait to return ( Down Side). The weather not good but had a lovely stay in this hotel BACK IN FUTURE 👍👍

The Coronavirus precautions are exceptionally good. We had no safety worries whilst staying there. The bedroom (Larkspur was extremely spacious and well equiped with the usual tea/coffee facilities, robes, excellent bedding and towels. The hosts Dee and Terry are very friendly and accomodating and made and excellent breakfat which you preorder the previous evening. All and all we would definitely return.

This is an amazing place run by two lovely people. The ambience and decorations were great. The service impeccable and the welcome excellent. I have no doubt that this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Lovely walk into Torquay town centre. Free off road parking and really nice breakfast with plenty to choose from. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Lovely, relaxing ,and comfortable, and made perfect by Terry and De ! You won't regret staying here, from the moment you arrive, everything is done to give you a great time. Breakfast is excellent and will set you up for your trips around the Torbay area. Rooms are spotless and quiet, and beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep !
