Convenient to the venue and restaurants

Would stay again.

There was no caps for the coffee cups and none of the staff knew where they were. The breakfast that we prepaid for was fair at best. No decaf coffee was available

Very attentive and professional staff. Also had a nice café that is open late since we didn't get here until late. It was nice to get some warm food on the trip.

Hotel was great! Pool was nice. Wished they had a hot tub. Bar tenders were acceptable. Would stay again.

It was a nice two nights stay.

I had forgotten to complete the reservation and when we reached the hotel we didn’t have a reservation. I jumped on Expedia and booked a room at considerably less than the available rate at the hotel.

Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was clean. Bed was too hard for my liking but that was my only issue (and I'm a wuss).

Front desk attendant acted like she didn’t want to be there when we checked in at 9:00 at night.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The location was great as it is right next to the Mid American Center. Would definitely stay there again.

A part from the hotel sitting in what seems to be "no man's land" everything about the hotel itself was terrific. Check in was easy and pleasant and the room was great ... an especially nice shower.

Clean, no road noise, everything was well-kept and maintained.
