One night stay.. Clean, and very friendly and helpful staff

Rhe room was very clean. Bed was soft & comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpfuk. Good security so felt safe. On main road so shops & restaurants very close. Was not noisy either.

Our room was welcoming and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was really quiet which was much appreciated after a long drive.

Room was dusty with scum in the bath. Had to ask for clean towels daily even tho our stay was for 4 nights. Bed was changed only twice. No food served on premises àll tho the pub had amazing food.

Just a one night stay to catch up with family

We only stayed for a night and was perfect for our purpose. Kids slept well which was the main thing and room was clean. Only downfall is no lift and as a family room we had lots of stairs to get to our room which wasn't ideal. But would stay again.

I like to stay here as it’s convenient because it’s near all the shops not too near where I need to be but it’s nice to be out of the way a bit. The staff are really friendly and that means more to me than being exactly where I need to be.

Good value for money but a £10 extra charge for checking in 3 hours early was a bit much. I feel a 3 pm check in ends up wasting most of your day

Excellent hotel, great value for money

Good place to stay in busy area, however, very quiet. Staff were friendly and room was very well maintained and clean.

Every thing was ok except we had no electricity in our room all night

Really good value for money. Car park to the rear which is free. Rooms clean and tidy. Numerous eating options just a very short walk including Weatherspoon's and Asda for breakfast. The Place adjoining does not open for breakfast until 9am. This is the second time we have stayed here when going to the NEC which is under 10 miles away

We always stay here, it dependable. Cheap bed is comfy pub onsite has great food. The only thing I didn't like this time was the room was cold on arrival and we didn't arrive until 10pm

Excellent value for money. We found Redwings staff very helpful. The room was warm comfortable and bed very comfortable. So quiet in spite of being close to the main road and our room was by the car park. Free parking as well. Plus direct access to restaurant where we had a great meal again excellent value . Would certainly stay there again if we were in the area

It was very clean and safe I had a room on the first level as I had newborn baby they changed my room without me asking which was very kind and thoughtful

Hotel was basic but that's all we needed. Bed was comfortable, I slept well. All in all it great for the price I paid. Can't grumble.
