We enjoyed our stay at Kingyo-Doyanen Hotel. The room is very clean and the layout is great for our family. The check-in process was simple. It’s also just a 5-min walk to Tsutenkaku tower and Shinsekai!

Easy check in! Cool system to get to your own room – the card provides entry to your room directly from the elevator. Modern and yet traditional Japanese style at the same time. What a great experience:)

Close to eateries.

It’s a self check in/out and no person or reception. You check in before you enter the building because you would need the code for the locks to get your door cards to enter the main lobby. From there you can play/borrow games and you get in to your room via an elevator. The elevator is the door to your room, no hallways or series of doors but there’s another door in your room and it’s lock because it’s the emergency exit which is the stairs. It was pretty cool because no one can enter your room because the cards are programmed to only allow 2 floors (lobby and your room floor). The place was really nice and accessible, just no own parking space, no 24hr receptionist, place is kinda isolated but still close to Dotonbori, Osaka. It’s a better and cheaper option because the room floor house up to 8 people, doesn’t matter how many kids and adults as long as there’s 8 people, you can book a room/floor.

Beware, this hotel only has 4 rooms. It’s not a typo. Each floor has only one room. No staff, so it was a little suspenseful checking in, but the code worked so it’s fine if you’re used to air BnB Checking in. It’s kind of cool in away how the hotel room is set up. Pros: location is near by subway stations and Tsutenkaku, easy walking which is great. It’s in Shinsekai, which is a little run down, but overall quiet. There’s a microwave in lobby and a fridge in your room. Room is a mix of normal beds and Japanese futons which is cool. Cons: staff is slow at responding to email/message, so make sure to get all pre-check in info and codes ready. There’s a fire escape right outside your room so make sure to lock your room.

Has all facilities nearby and is easy to get to and walkable to lots of key destinations. However, is in a back street.

There is not enough places to hang the bath towels and towels.

โรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร ห่างหอคอยซึเทนคาคุประมาณ ครึ่งกิโลเมตร ห่างจาก nipponbashi สัก 2 กม. เป็นย่านที่พักอาศัย ค่อนข้างเงียบ ร้านสะดวกซื้อมีน้อยห่างไปสัก 300 เมตร ห้องพักสะอาดดี เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว 5 คนสบาย ๆ เจ้าหน้าที่ check-in อัธยาศัยดี พูดอังกฤษได้บ้าง ที่นอนนอนสบาย ไวไฟใช้การได้ดี

客室は綺麗でとても良かったです。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

お部屋は広くてゆっくりできました！ バスタブが無くシャワーだけで、 歯ブラシがないのが少し残念でした。 その他は満足です！

간사이 공항에서 난카이선으로 신이마미야역에서 하차후 걸어서 약 10-15분 거리면 도착합니다. 숙소에서 나와 큰길 하나만 건너면 신세카이, JR신이마미야역 출구 바로 맞은편에 메가돈키호테도 있어서 야식 먹기도 좋은 위치입니다. 큰길 따라서 북쪽으로 계속 가면 덴덴타운을 지나 도톤보리 동쪽 끝이 나옵니다. 저희는 걸어서 다녔는데 한 20-30분정도 걸리니 참고하세요. 저희는 이용하지 않았지만 사카이스지선 에비스초역도 걸어서 3분 정도로 매우 가깝습니다. 침구류는 2인용 침대 2개와 바닥에 까는 요가 제공됩니다. 객실 내에는 가전은 전기포트, 작은 냉장고(냉동실 없음), TV, 헤어 드라이어가 있습니다. 객실사진에는 전자레인지가 없지만 1층 로비에 있으니 걱정하진 않으셔도 됩니다. 시설은 깨끗합니다. 다만 샤워실이 꽤 비좁습니다. 창문을 여는 방식이 한국에서는 못 본 방식인데 구조상 방충망이 없어서 모기때문에 열기 부담스러웠습니다. 다른 리뷰에서는 수건이 부족하단 말이 있었는데 4인 가족 3박 4일 숙박 기준 괜찮았습니다. 그래도 혹시 모르니 조금 가져가시는걸 추천드려요. 요약: 시설은 샤워실이 비좁은 것 빼면 만족. 전철 접근성 좋음. 난바 도톤보리 중심(글리코상 간판)까지는 거리가 다소 있음. 리뷰와는 별개로 귀국시 난카이 본선으로 다시 간사이 공항으로 갈 때 간사이 공항행 보통선(local) 타시지 마세요. express나 subexpress 전철들 보내주느라 계속 역에 정차하는데 구글맵으로 50분 걸린다는게 거의 1시간 50분이 걸려서 수하물 위탁시간이 지나 1명은 다른 비행기를 잡아야 했습니다. 라피드 열차를 끊거나 급행열차로 이즈미사노 역에 가서 난카이 공항행 열차로 갈아타시거나 아니면 아예 여유롭게 타시는걸 추천드립니다.
