The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.

Great location on The Hoe and fantastic to be able to park right outside. The studio is pleasant enough but feels soulless. There was no rug on the floor and it seems spartan. I moved the sofa a little which helped. Bathroom tiny but manageable. They expect you to take your own rubbish out around the corner and do your washing up. Makes me think I am reliant on the previous guests’ rinsing of cups. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Leaving tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge was appreciated and a nice touch. It was good value and it all worked well.

Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair.

Great apartment in a great location. Despite booking and paying for on site parking many days before couldn’t get a space on the day of arrival so frustratingly had to purchase additional parking elsewhere.

Superb location and very clean with wonderful comfy beds and pillows and soft fluffy towels. Lovely to have biscuits, fresh milk, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets on arrival. Lovely large space for our family of 5. Parking pre booked and well worth it, entry into the building / apartment by key code easy to implement. Kitchen facilities more than adequate and bathroom facilities very boutique style. A spacious, quirky apartment...Will be staying again!

This was a rest stop for us and a chance to explore Plymouth. I booked this after seeing the reviews but was disappointed that it did not live up to the expectations. The room was too small and not suitable for 4 adults. We were given a z bed by the lovely Andy who tried his best to accommodate us and also gave the room a quick hoover on stating that the room was untidy.

The apartment it's self was beautiful however a few things really let it down. The dustbins were full of rubbish from the previous guest. The carpet by the fireplace in the main living room is full of stains and looks filthy. It should be discarded as it really lets down an otherwise beautiful room. Would've been nice to have some kitchen essentials such as tin foil and cooking oil. For the price we paid you wouldn't expect these sort of things.

I had a lovely stay here with my husband. The apartment was lovely and spacious with everything we could need plus a few extras. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and it was in walking distance of the Pavillions. It was very clean with good quality bed linen and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful period property looking out over Plymouth Hoe and close to both the City Centre and Barbican. Visited with a family group of six with the property providing plenty of room for us all and separated Bedrooms ensuring a sense of not being on top of each other.

We’re do I start, the room was dirty dust from former builders obviously working here , room is small, don’t touch anything in case it falls apart then you get billed an extortionate amount for a cheap poorly designed equipment !
